The marriage of fine cuisine and fine art is as old as time itself. The worlds of the paint palette and the chef’s pan are never far from each other. Both are inspired by the world about them to explore and create. Giles Ward has become renowned for his distinctive and experimental interpretation of the natural world beyond our shores. It is natural that this passion is shared with many of the country’s finest seafood chefs.

Recently Giles has collaborated with two of the country’s leading seafood restaurants. The Little Fish Market in Hove, West Sussex, is owned and run by award-winning seafood chef Duncan Ray. His creative seafood dishes have brought many accolades since opening the restaurant in 2013. Offering simple, ingredient-led, fish-focused cuisine, he is passionate about offering the freshest, highest quality sustainable produce from the British Isles.
